Privacy policy
Effective July 2026. Updated September 2026 to cover the advisor request form's optional fields.
The short version:
- We collect your email address when you subscribe, and your email plus what you choose to tell us about your practice when you send us an advisor request.
- We use privacy-respecting page analytics.
- We never sell your address, and we never share it beyond the processors named below.
What we collect
Email addresses you give us through the subscribe form. Through the advisor request form: your name and email, and, only if you choose to fill them in, your firm, the kind of practice you run, roughly how many client engagements you carry, what your clients look like, and where your client work lives today. We also use basic page analytics through Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies to track you across sites.
How we use it
We send The Alinement Brief after you confirm you want it. That two-step confirmation is called double opt-in. What you send through the advisor request form goes to Terry by email so he can reply and prepare for that conversation, and your address is filed in our advisors list. That is the whole list.
Who processes it
Resend handles our email delivery. Vercel handles our hosting and page analytics.
Your choices
Every email we send has a one-click unsubscribe. If you want your address deleted from our records, write to tsmith@alinement.com and we will remove it.

This site is operated by Alinement Group LLC, a South Carolina company.
